myDermRecruiter is actively seeking a Dermatologist to join a successful private practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Work alongside a collaborative team of reputable providers and enjoy flexibility, clinical autonomy, and ample support to establish yourself as a skincare expert in the fourth-best state in the US to live and work in, according to CNBC in 2021.
About the Position:
- Open to MDs and DOs - including 2022 Residents!
- Full-time opportunity working 4-5 days per week - flexibility!
- Opportunity to travel between two locations no more than 30 minutes apart
- Provide primarily General Medical Dermatology and some light Cosmetics, if desired
- Current providers see anywhere from 30-50 patients per day at their comfort level - high volume office!
- Friendly, collegial team atmosphere with a patient-centered focus
- Superior support staff in place, including well-trained Medical Assistants and Administrative Staff
- Practice is well-known for taking excellent care of its providers
- Modern office with fully equipped exam rooms
- Position available due to practice growth
Compensation Details:
- Competitive compensation package includes a first-year guaranteed base plus a generous percentage of collections
- Comprehensive health benefits plan
- Partnership opportunity available
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers for additional income - not required
